On December 27, 2025, Hydro Enterprises & Aqua Design Co., Ltd., together with Gold Shores Co., Ltd., participated in a Kathin robe offering ceremony at Wat Prachathikaram (Wat Na Toei), Na Toei Subdistrict, Thai Mueang District, Phang Nga Province. The event aimed to preserve Buddhist traditions and support the temple’s activities.

CSR Project: “Artificial Fish Habitats at Ban Ao Udom” in Laem Chabang, Chonburi
On December 19, 2025, All Energy and Utility Public Company Limited organized a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activity under the project “Artificial Fish Habitats at Ban Ao Udom” in Laem Chabang, Chonburi. The initiative aims to conserve marine resources and restore coastal ecosystems by creating artificial rope habitats, which serve as natural shelters and breeding grounds for marine life.
The activity was actively supported by the company’s executives and employees, who worked together to build the habitats and release 50 juvenile blue crabs into the sea to help increase marine populations and maintain ecological balance. Additionally, participants joined in cleaning up the beach area to restore its cleanliness and beauty.
The “Artificial Fish Habitats at Ban Ao Udom” project reflects the company’s strong commitment to conducting business responsibly while caring for society and the environment. Through these efforts, AE strives to create long-term value and sustainability for local communities and natural resources.

AE and Affiliated Companies Donate Essential Supplies to Troops at the Thai - Cambodian Border
On August 6, 2025, representatives from the management and staff of All Energy and Utility Public Company Limited (AE), together with its affiliated companies, jointly provided a donation of essential supplies. The donation, which included items such as face masks, socks, sanitary napkins, medical supplies, and various survival necessities, was handed over through the Directorate of Civil Affairs. A representative from the Department formally received the items. These supplies are intended for distribution to military personnel serving to maintain peace and security along the Thai - Cambodian border, specifically in the provinces of Sisaket, Surin, Buriram, Sa Kaeo, and Trat.
The company holds a special concern for Trat province, which is home to one of its affiliated companies and surrounding communities. This activity was therefore organized to express care and offer moral support to the military personnel serving along the Thai - Cambodian border.
The company extends its sincere gratitude to all employees for their compassion and generosity in this initiative. This act reflects our corporate commitment to social contribution and our unwavering support for the military personnel who dedicate their service to the nation.

The ceremony aimed to provide scholarships and support to people with disabilities in the community. Scholarships were awarded to students who lack financial resources, with the goal of fostering quality human resources for society. Buddhism’s robe- offering ceremony and Scholarship Award at Wat Prachadhikaram (Wat Natoei)
On March 30, 2023, the President of Seven Utilities and Power Public Company Limited and its subsidiaries, Gold Shores Company Limited, and Hydro Enterprises and Aquadesign Company Limited, along with executives and employees, participated in the United Almsgiving Ceremony at Wat Prachadhikaram (Wat Natoei) in Na Toei Subdistrict, Thaimuang District, Phang Nga Province.Police General Dr. Somyot Pumpanthongmuang joined as co-host of the Buddhism’s robe- offering ceremony and Scholarship Award. They donated unused desk calendars to the Foundation for the Blind in Thailand under the Royal Patronage in Ratchathewi District, Bangkok. “Restoring Bang Thong Canal Bridge: Supporting Local Fishermen by Clearing Storm Debris and Enhancing Community Safety”
On 2 July 2026, Hydro Enterprise and Aqua Design Co., Ltd. carried out a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative to help restore safe navigation along the Bang Thong Canal Bridge. The activity involved collecting and removing fallen trees, branches, and other debris that had accumulated around the bridge following a recent storm, obstructing waterway access for local fishermen and residents.
This initiative was undertaken to improve the safety and accessibility of the canal, allowing local fishermen and community members to resume their daily water transportation and fishing activities with greater convenience and confidence.
