Dividend Payment Policy
Dividend Payment Policy
The company's dividend policy is to allocate profits to shareholders in the form of dividends. The company aims to pay dividends of no less than 50% of the net profit remaining after deducting various reserves as determined by the company. However, the actual dividend payment will depend on investment plans, the need for working capital in operations, and other relevant factors in the future.
The Board of Directors' resolution to approve the dividend payment shall be submitted for approval by the shareholders' meeting, unless it is an interim dividend, in which case the Board of Directors has the authority to approve the payment. The interim dividend must be reported to the shareholders' meeting at the next meeting
